As always, we will check all the items before it is shipped. In case, we find it defective before sending out, we will notify the buyer allowingextended days to return to the factory for exchange.


If happened, we overlook the defective, please notify us with 3 days upon receipt of the item with pictures of the defective. We need the proof to alert my factory for exchange/refund. Please return the item to us with original packaging/tag attached. Except in the case of faulty goods,return/exchanges are only possible for merchandise that have not been used or the branded tag attached. There will not be any exception for sending out the 2nd delivery without receipt of the return shipment.


In case, the damage is made during transportation. We can offer maintenance to the products with a charge of 20% of the value for maintenance if it is seriously damage.

On receipt of your return shipment, you can exchange for the same product or product at the same value.

If you are unable to notify us or return the defective products within 14 days of receipt, exchange/refund request will not be entertained.
